haha so true.. Do you like Painter??? I haven't been able to get into it.
looks awesome man. that does sound like yaletown personality though! :D painter eh, i'm still scared of photoshop and still stuck on sketchbook myself! :D hahaha! on that note how id you like painter is it simpler than p-shop??
I like painter a lot. I've played with it a bit not as much as photoshop but its got some awesome ways of melting the colors together though it doesn't handle layers at all as well as photoshop.
thanks for the comment on my blog!!! i checked out that site you mentioned, and it seems so complicated.. i can't even find anything that's not 3d model related, aha..... i'm not sure i like painter, it seems harder but doesn't give the results i want? i have no idea. lately i've been up to... not much.. family stuff.. and trying to keep busy drawing and such, a couple commissions... blah. need a job! haha. how about you????
ps. I was at Blenz in Yaletown the other day with my friend, and a typical blonde mom with a stroller actually asked the barista if he could make her coffee less hot, because it was "the hottest thing in like, [her] entire life, just too hot". It reminded me of this drawing, haha.
